EDCO Properties, Inc., headquartered in Bartlett, Tennessee, enjoys a proud history and strong commitment to continued growth in the Mid-South. As owner and president of EDCO Properties, Inc., Mr. Edwards has created and continues to cultivate strong relationships with many of the Mid-South's largest developers, builders and lenders. The real estate development company that exists today originated in 1993, although Terry began developing property in 1983 in various partnerships. Since then, through acquisition, development, ownership and management of over 50 properties, Terry has successfully led EDCO to become a model real estate development company for the growing Mid-South area.

Terry began the law firm of W. Terry Edwards in 1976. He continues to practice law today, specializing in real estate. In addition to EDCO, he is also the president of Realty Closing Services, a title company and closing agency.

Terry is a current member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Memphis and Shelby County Bar Association; a member of the Alumni Association of University of Memphis; a member and past president of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce: and a past president of Bartlett Jaycees.

Additionally, Terry is a member of the National Society of Environmental Consultants, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Memphis Area Home Builders Association, serving on the Developers' Council for that association.

As vice-president of EDCO Properties, Inc., since 1993, Ms. Forsythe is highly regarded for her dedication to providing clients with unparalleled service. Cindy's knowledge, experience and customer service skills have maintained many of EDCO's long-lasting relationships.

Cindy oversees in-office management of the development process and the property management division, including contracts to purchase and sell property; coordination work with municipalities and utility companies for their specific designs and contracts; coordination with designers, engineers and architects; information sharing with lenders and financial institutions, and any other aspect of development and property management which may arise.

As sole contact for the numerous financial institutions involved with EDCO Properties, Edwards Properties, Fidelity Properties, Lake Management Association, Rivercrest, L.L.C., South 64 Joint Venture, Houston Levee Trails, L.L.C., Creekview Investments, A&T Partners, Pea Patch Partners, KEWY Partners and Capital Four Partners, Cindy handles all accounts payable and receivable, financing and budgeting for these entities.

Prior to coming to EDCO Properties, Cindy worked for seven years as development coordinator for Henry Turley Company for the Harbor Town and South Bluffs Planned Developments, as well as renovation projects in downtown Memphis.
